So here we are – the final installment of this epic London wedding trilogy! You might want to check out Part 1 and Part 2 if you haven’t already…
The forecast rain finally caught up with us with a vengeance and lashed down while the party got going in the shelter of the Dicken’s Inn.
After a few earlier microphone issues, best man Simon finished off the speeches with an inspired effort that combined elimination with a little gentle guest humiliation. Great fun. Tristan’s walked away not only with his reputation in tact, but also the home and away Plymouth Argyle shirts. What more could a man wish for?!?
Rather than a traditional first dance, Charlotte and Tristan kicked off a ceilidh which was universally well received. With the light all but gone but the rain now passed, we were just able to fit in a few couple shots and one last chance for an earnest German tourist to convey his heartfelt good wishes to our happy couple – a super end to a super day.
Many congratulations Charlotte & Tristan, it was a pleasure being a part of your big day
